The hotel offered great customer service and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city and was close to all the key landmarks. The room was clean and modern with all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant on the premises served delicious meals and the bar had great drinks to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.

The noise level outside of the hotel during the night made it a little difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of elevator access made it a bit of a challenge to carry luggage up and down the stairs.

Staying in downtown makes everything more enjoyable as there are restaurants, shops and attractions around. We loved how our spacious room was decorated, and had a very clean bathroom. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful which only added to our pleasant stay.

The breakfast might have been improved with some more variety.
